The McShane Maker Space & Collaboratory renovation will create a maker space that serves as a collaborative hub for all students, providing access to essential machinery and tools under expert guidance. This workshop will allow students from various disciplines to come together, share ideas, and work on projects, competition teams, and product refinement. There will also be various community apprentice programs offered through the maker space. It will offer students a space to study, learn, and apply technology in real-world scenarios, enabling them to turn ideas into prototypes and products, bringing an entrepreneurial edge to their engineering experience.
